A series centred on four paintings on wood panel, each paired with a digital counterpart inscribed on Bitcoin. From April 2028 each digital work loses one pixel for every new block on the Bitcoin network, until after four years only a black square remains. The decay can be stopped with a code sealed beneath the paint of the physical work, which can only be reached by destroying part of it. The four works are accompanied by The Remains of Us, a large canvas that serves as the thematic anchor of the series, and Substrate, a small work on wood panel.
